Prototype status
SkintNav is currently an early product preview. It can create a route preview, creator pack and GPX file, but automatic scenic scoring, perfectly mileage-matched loops and full offline turn-by-turn navigation are still being developed.
Check the route yourself
Generated routes and filming ideas are planning aids, not a substitute for road signs, official travel information, local knowledge or sound judgement. Always check legality, access, rights of way, weather, terrain, road conditions, closures and the suitability of every route and stopping place before travelling or filming.
Do not use while moving
Set up routes and filming plans while safely parked. Do not operate the website or filming equipment while driving or riding.
Maps and route files
Mapping data and directions can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Check any GPX file on your chosen navigation device before setting off and carry an appropriate backup, especially when walking or travelling away from phone signal.
Availability
The preview may change, pause or be withdrawn while we improve it. Subscription prices and paid features have not yet been launched.
